Terms & Conditions
JUST WEAR are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable as much as possible. We reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. Please kindly take some time to read these Terms & Conditions (T&C) and you are deemed to agreed these T&C when purchasing from our website.
a. Our working days are Sundays to Thursdays, excluding weekends (Kelantan weekends are FRI & SAT) and public holidays.
b. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number.
c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-3 working days.
d. Please do not for sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
a. You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our site. An order number will be given with every success order placed. Please kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checkout. JUST WEAR will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
b. You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Please double check your order detail before confirming the order. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
c. We reserve the right to decline any request of amend order if the order has already processed.
d. Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number and please note, once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
a. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated time frame only. We allow you to secure your piece first during the backorder process.
b. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
c. ETA is only an estimated date, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.
d. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A Store Credit will be refund into your account.
e. If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), your parcel will be automatic to ship together once the backorder items(s) are arrived.
f. All backorder are strictly non cancelable/refundable once the order is being processed.
a. We accept payment via iPay88 (payment gateway) and Bank Transfer.
b. Please complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order place as all unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after time limit.
c. If your order is cancelled due to no payment notification done in time limit, refund would only be done as store credit, no cash refund is allowed.
a. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) upon payment verification.
b. Our mailing day is Sunday to Thursday excluding weekend (Kelantan weekends are FRI & SAT) and local public holiday.
c. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders. Adding/combined items to previous orders are STRICTLY NOT ALLOW.
d. Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postage service provided and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
a. We will contact via email if we receive any bounced parcel bearing their name.
b.Cost of re-delivery charged will be borne by customer
c. We reserve the right to decline the request to combine new order with bounced parcel.
d. Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 180 days (half year) will be deemed as JUST WEAR's property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.
a. We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through Site. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate or error free.
- Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
- Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
- Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you believe you have received a defective product within 5 working days with your order number and photo of defect part.
Postage fee incurred will be borne by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered ,and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
|Return and Exchange are NOT AVAILABLE except the situation as below:|
- Wrong/Incorrect items received
- Faulty or Defective items
a. Return must be done within 5 working days upon receiving your order.
b. Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
c. We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
d. Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
e. Postage fee incurred will be borne by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered ,and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
f. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
a. Store credits are issued by JUST WEAR and can be used on any purchase.
b. To redeem your credits, please login your account and select "Store Credits" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
c. During checkout, you are able to enter the amount to redeem for your purchase.
d. All store credits created will have an expired date and it will be notice. Please note, it must be claimed within the given timeframe, otherwise it will be forfeited.
e. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
a. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid.
b. Discount is applied at checkout when voucher code is manually entered
c. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
d. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
e. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
f. Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied.
g. Once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
h. Before checkout, please check that you've used the appropriate discount code before placing your order.
